ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order or booking where reasonably necessary, including where there are concerns relating to payment, identity verification, availability, duplicate requests, operational capacity, or compliance requirements. If this occurs, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of the transaction.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information for all transactions made through our website. You also agree to promptly update your details, including your email address, phone number, and payment information, so that we can process your transactions and contact you where required.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Because some orders may involve patient-specific medicines, consultations, or regulated healthcare services, specific cancellation, refund, and return conditions apply.
Dispatched Goods: Because patient-specific medicines that have been dispensed or dispatched generally cannot be restocked or resold for safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind after that point. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, you should contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been sent to the pharmacy for compounding or dispensing, cancellation may no longer be possible. Where a consultation has already been provided, any applicable consultation fee may still be retained in accordance with the booking terms disclosed to you.
Missed Consult Policy: Missed doctor consultations are non-refundable and incur a $59 fee. If you wish to reschedule, you may do so at no cost where the request is made at least 12 hours before the appointment time. Because some orders may involve patient-specific medicines, consultations, or regulated healthcare services, specific cancellation, refund, and return conditions apply.
14 Days No Response: If you place an order and do not complete required steps, such as booking a required doctor consultation, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, your order may be cancelled. Any amount relating to unsupplied goods or services will be handled in accordance with the original booking terms and applicable law. Where appropriate, we may also offer a credit.
Damaged or Lost Goods: If your order is lost, damaged, incorrect, or not delivered, you should contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist with an appropriate outcome. Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. After delivery, you are responsible for promptly following any storage instructions provided with the goods. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by failure to follow those instructions after proper delivery, except where required by law.
