Refund & Returns Policy

Refund & Returns Policy

GPS Clinics Pty Ltd ACN: 694 593 434

General Refund Policy

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Because patient-specific medicines that have been dispensed or dispatched generally cannot be restocked or resold for safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind after that point. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Order Cancellations

Missed Consult Policy

Missed doctor consultations are non-refundable and incur a fee. If you wish to reschedule, you may do so at no cost if the request is made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment.

We provide reminders by email and SMS before your scheduled consultation to support attendance. This clause does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to services not provided with due care and skill.

Sale & Promotional Policy

Occasionally, we offer promotional sales. Sale or promotional pricing does not apply retrospectively to orders placed before the promotion started.
Orders placed before a sale period are subject to the pricing and terms that applied on the original purchase date. This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
For prescription orders, a doctor consultation must be completed before the order can progress. Orders will not proceed until the consultation is complete and, where appropriate, a valid prescription has been issued to the dispensing pharmacy. Once the prescription has been issued, compounding and dispatch generally takes approximately 7–14 days, although this is an estimate only and may vary depending on pharmacy processing times, courier availability, and your location. Businesses must not represent supply timeframes in a way that is misleading or unsupported.

14 Days No Response

If you place an order and do not respond or complete necessary steps, such as scheduling a required doctor consultation for prescription medication, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you.
If we do not receive a response within 14 days, your order may be cancelled. Where goods or services have not been supplied, any refund or credit will be assessed in accordance with the original booking terms and the Australian Consumer Law.
Where appropriate, we may offer a credit note for future use. If a consultation has already been provided or booked, the consultation component may be retained where this was clearly disclosed at the time of booking.
