Signature & Delivery Protocol

Orders may be delivered using authority-to-leave, safe-drop, or other delivery settings where available and appropriate, subject to courier procedures and any delivery preferences provided at checkout. Where a parcel cannot be safely left, it may be taken to a local post office, collection point, or otherwise handled in line with the courier’s delivery process. Please provide clear delivery instructions during checkout where relevant.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on consultation completion, prescription issue where required, pharmacy processing, courier capacity, and delivery location. Where temperature-sensitive items are involved, packaging will be prepared using appropriate shipping methods based on the nature of the order. We appreciate your patience if delays occur during transit. Claims about delivery and consumer rights should not mislead customers, and delivery estimates should be stated carefully.

Our aim is to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible, while keeping you informed throughout the process. Tracking details will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.
For prescription orders, a doctor consultation must be completed before the order can progress. Orders will not proceed until the consultation is complete and, where appropriate, a valid prescription has been issued to the dispensing pharmacy. Once the prescription has been issued, compounding and dispatch generally takes approximately 7–14 days, although this is an estimate only and may vary depending on pharmacy processing times, courier availability, and your location. Businesses must not represent supply timeframes in a way that is misleading or unsupported.

Track Your Order

Please check your email and the mobile number registered to your account for delivery updates. Tracking information is typically issued within 24 hours of dispatch.
If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact our customer care team first so we can review the issue and assist with the appropriate next steps. Under the Australian Consumer Law, businesses cannot use policy wording to remove consumer rights or suggest responsibility automatically ends on dispatch.

Packaging & Storage Requirements

 Some orders require specific storage conditions and will be packaged accordingly, including cold-chain packaging where necessary. Upon delivery, you must promptly store your medication in accordance with the instructions provided with your order.
We are not responsible for loss, deterioration, or reduced efficacy caused by a failure to follow the provided storage instructions after proper delivery, except where required by law. Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumers may still have rights where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or where services are not supplied with due care and skill.

Split Shipping

Orders may be shipped directly from our warehouse or from our pharmacy partners. As a result, some orders may be delivered in multiple parcels depending on stock availability, supplier location, or product requirements. Separate parcels may arrive on different days and may have separate tracking numbers. If additional delivery charges apply because an order is split across suppliers, those charges should be disclosed before payment.

PO Boxes

GPS Clinics is unable to ship orders to PO boxes at this stage. You will need to provide an alternative residential or business address. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

International Delivery

GPS Clinics currently ships orders within Australia only. If your order is dispatched, your tracking details will be sent to your nominated email address and/or mobile number so you can monitor delivery progress.
